Sally

This character and world came to me when listening specifically to the song "Run, Sally, Run!" by Carpenter Brut. I hope to expand this character more with more artwork in the future, but for now the basic premise is Sally went missing in a small remote town that often has strange disappearances and occurrences going on. She was presumed dead after being missing for years, however she was very much alive and well. Sally was brainwashed by a strange sentient plant-like being into becoming it's caretaker, and has been tending to strange flora ever since, abducting and feeding people from the town to her disturbed plant-life. This was a first delve into the world of creating a full illustration with a background in full colour after years of being too afraid to and holding myself back. I'm very pleased with the result, and looking forward to learning more to create better and better pieces each time!
