Eyeball-chan

The second in a series of disturbed sailor-scout inspired anime girl illustrations. This was a fun challenge to create the eyes as a focal point while keeping movement and life in the positioning of the hands, without being distracting or obscuring the eyes too much. Painting this one was certainly a challenge, but it taught me a lot about brush control that I've taken to new pieces more confidently.
